This charming 1800 SQF three-bedroom, two-bath home features a private pool, covered lanai and a boat dock. The home accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. With spacious areas and stunning canal views, you'll feel right at home.

Important Information
House Rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people, including children.
-
No pets are permitted, regardless of size.

No smoking or drug use of any kind is allowed throughout the house, including the covered lanai and pool area.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. to respect our neighbors.

Check-in is at 3 p.m.

Check-out is at 10 a.m.

Payment Information

Daily rental rate: $200 USD per night (excludes applicable service fees and taxes)

Weekly rental rate: $1,400 USD (excludes applicable service fees and taxes)

Monthly rental rate: $4,500 USD (excludes applicable service fees and taxes)

Security deposit of 50% required at time of booking

Remaining 50% of rental rate must be paid 60 days prior to first date of stay

Free cancellation if host is notified 60 days prior to first date of stay
